Tissue banks bear the responsibility of providing allografts that are appropriately packaged for the type of tissue and preserved in such a way to provide for storage in hospitals and other surgical facilities. All tissue banks are required to provide instructions for storage, reconstitution, and reporting adverse reactions/problems. LifeNet Health includes these instructions in a package insert with every shipment of allograft distributed.
